Why Your Business Should Use a Mobile Notary

Time is valuable

Having to use a mobile notary is so easy to do and saves your time.

Transportation can be time consuming and traffic is frustrating in congested areas. Instead of spending travel time to an office or other location, you can have a mobile notary public visit you at a location of your choosing. Your time is valuable and better spent on personal or professional tasks, instead of traffic during rush hour. Plus, mobile notary services can work on your schedule. Where some offices may be closed in the evening or on weekends, you can make arrangements for an after-hours visit with a notary professional that travels to your location.

Notarizing documents doesn’t have to involve the headaches of transportation and traffic when you use mobile notary services that come to you.

All parties must be present when signing certain documents and a notary public must verify identity, both of which can be difficult under certain circumstances.

A mobile notary public is an ideal option. For instance, transportation can be tough for the elderly or bed-ridden individuals who want to execute estate planning documents or powers of attorney. Mobile notary services can be onsite at an assisted living center or hospital to make the notarization easier and more convenient.

A Public Notary helps prevent fraudulent activity in important legal documents.

Not just anyone can be a notary public, you must get a special certification through the state government to become one. Each state has different laws regarding this process.

A mobile notary is a person who travels from one place to another to meet clients in person. They can help keep your business efficient as well as save you money. Typically, a mobile notary goes to several places (approximately 8 places) each day to notarize signatures.  Many mobile notaries also work after hours and weekends.

Customers have questions, what type Identification  will I be needing to get a document notarized?

You'll need official identification with a photograph—a driver's license, passport, or other government-issued ID will typically do although requirements vary from state to state. If the notary is not confident that you are who you say you are, he or she can refuse to notarize your document.
